Hello Staff/Admins,
I would like to request for a refund for the money that i paid as membership fee, I really love your VPN when I test it out in trial period because it seems to work really good, But since it keeps me getting dc with my game "Black Desert Online" every 20mins even though i am already a member so it keeps bothering me because i can't seem to use your program in a way i want it to be. So since every means necessary seems not to work for me just to use it in the game i played with, I would just ask for a refund to try other VPN that works out with the game i played with. I'm so sorry for the sudden request and I was hoping for your understanding.
