Unhandled Exception - udhasan - 04-14-2022

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.

There are network adapters on the system that are disabled and Activation couldn't read their hardware properties.

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** Exception Text **************
 : There are network adapters on the system that are disabled and Activation couldn't read their hardware properties (even after trying and failing to enable the adapters automatically). Enable the network adapters, re-run the function, and Activation will be able to "remember" the adapters even if the adapters are disabled in the future.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I have tried reinstalling under different folder names, on a different ssd driver, cleaned registry, did a reinstall of all network adapters and enabled them, did a netsh winsock reset.

The old battleping download link on the other threads are no longer working.

Please help. I paid to be a member and I can't even access the member login on the battleping app because this error just keeps happening. This happened after I just had a sudden blackout. When I came back on and tried starting battleping, this happens.

RE: Unhandled Exception - udhasan - 04-14-2022

Ok so, after scouring every solution on the net. This seems to be the fix.

https://masteringthemix.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/208383349-I-m-getting-error-ENABLE-THE-NETWORK-ADAPTERS-Error-28-

Just gonna leave it here for future reference in case other people find it useful.

Cheers

RE: Unhandled Exception - Tech - 04-15-2022

Thanks for posing the follow up.
It is strange that it happened after a power-outage, since the drivers were obviously fine if it was working before.
