Hi there
I have this issue too. 3 days ago I got this msg: ss4capv cmd engine and Error Game Detection
Cant connet internet to active license – socket error 11004
Please help.

and also: Error: game detection was unable to load

Im not sure if this will help, but it seems like the issue is coming from Game Detection.

I get the same error message, but a second error message pops up saying

"Game detection could not load"

Could it be due to the free trial? Not sure, havent paid yet since I wanted to test it first.

I understand your frustrations and the solution is there but 'evading us' so far. Re your time, we shall make sure those who have paid are compensated for lost time.
