Hi, it is a false positive,

It does take a hardware fingerprint, to stop your account been shared on to many computers.

We will either need to have malware bytes check the file, or we will need to release a new version of the dll

Hi,

thanks for your response. To be on the safe side, I'll be using a different tunneling provider until this is rectified. May I ask when the new version will be released?

We have been unable to replicate this on Win 10 or Win 7, when testing both the Premium version or Free version of Malwarebytes.
Both in scanning the file, and also in using it.

It's possible this has already been resolved, or is triggering an event, in a specific scenario.

Could you try re-install Battleping using the current installer on the setup guide (version 1.6.0)
Then right click the Battleping folder and choose Scan with Malwarebytes.
