Connection to the server failed

Hello, I recently just reinstalled my windows 7, and when i reinstall battleping, it asked me to activate/reactivate ID, but when I do that it keep giving me "connection to the server failed" error message. I wrote to support center but haven't got any reply. Please help, thank you

You need to check for updates in your Windows Update area, a re-install is generally an old version.

After you are up to date, you can use this latest version:
https://www.battleping.com/setup/Battlepingactivate.zip

thank you, that solves the problem, but now i'm getting another problem. after i reset my password, now i cant login with error as following attachment.

please note i can log into battleping member area with it, but not the client.

Hi click De-activate below the Log In button, then in your members area copy the ID and paste it and click Activate.
