connection to the server failed

i install new windows 7 and when i try to activate battle ping ID it says connection to the server failed and when i try a VPN it's not works also

You need to check for updates in your Windows Update area, a re-install is generally an old version.

After you are up to date, you can use this latest version:
https://www.battleping.com/setup/Battlepingactivate.zip

Either click the activate Online now, Or you may need to choose the Retype your Product key then copy paste the ID located in your members area first.

I sent you some instruction in your Email.

I assume you have not set up a proxy in your internet browsers lan setting, if you did do this you may need to temporarily disable it.
