Hi, i just purchased the 1 month planned and tried playing heroes of the storm. I am from Singapore and had been always on around 170+ms playing US west server. After using battleping , it is still around 170+ms.
I've friend using battleping playing out from singapore on US west server and is having only 10+ms. Is there any setup i missed out?

Hi, its not possible to have a ping of 10ms for US West, your connection needs to travel accross the ocean.
